Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place camembert in a baking dish (with a lip in case it spreads); pie tins work great for this purpose.
Meanwhile prepare strawberries- combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and vinegar. Stir well to combine. Set aside to macerate for about 30 minutes.
Place camembert in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Spoon generous portion of balsamic macerated strawberries over the camembert.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
